Next week some customers may notice a minor change when calling to speak with a Customer Service agent.
When calling our Customer Contact Center, you’ll hear a brief menu of options to quickly help you receive general account

information, cancel a debit card, retrieve the Arvest routing number, route to a specialized groups of agents for new accounts or loan support, or speak to one of the same great agents you’re used to working with.
We hope in many instances these menu options will help you avoid waiting on hold or having your call transferred more than once.
