Arvest Bank is pleased to announce Ryan Crawford has joined its commercial banking team in the Fayetteville region and will replace the retired Ernie Penn at its Farmington location.

Crawford has 13 years of banking experience and most recently served as a commercial banker for Arvest in Benton County. Crawford lives in Farmington with his wife and their three children.

“We are thrilled to have Ryan join the Farmington team,” Arvest commercial loan manager Dax Moreton said.

Penn officially retired earlier this year after 42 years to serve as full-time mayor of Farmington.

Crawford earned a bachelor’s degree in English at the University of Arkansas. He is a board member for Junior League of Arkansas’ Northwest Region, a Northwest Arkansas SCORE small business mentor, and the finance committee co-chair for First Christian Church in Fayetteville, among other civic endeavors.
